About

I am an Associate Professor at Bocconi University and the director of INSPIRE and LEAP at Bocconi University. I am working on topics related to inequality and education, with a focus on gender and immigration. I am also a Faculty Research Fellow of the NBER, ROCKWOOL Foundation, Faculty Affiliate of J-PAL, IGIER-Bocconi and a Research Affiliate of IZA, CESifo, and CEPR.
